A key part of making tech work is making sure the people behind it can succeed. During my time at Atlassian, I collaborated with the Talent Enablement team to create technical documentation for new team member onboarding, becoming a key stakeholder in network infrastructure and protocols training. My goal was to demystify complex technical concepts and make them accessible to a wider audience.
At Certn, I led the Global Customer Support team, where I optimized daily operations and implemented compliance frameworks. Beyond the metrics, I mentored the team to foster a collaborative culture focused on delivering exceptional service. This wasn't just about resolving tickets; it was about building a team that could efficiently and happily solve problems.
My passion for technical enablement is driven by a simple idea: when people are well-equipped with the right knowledge and processes, they can do their best work, leading to better outcomes for both the company and the end user.
